We can collaborate and cooperate by:
We know you have a lot going on, so we happily offer free consultations and education for your clients on the importance of second stage and ongoing support. We help take care of and facilitate transitions and ongoing accountability alliances so that we can help you offer the very best aftercare programs.
The more we work together, the better our service delivery. When we host your 2nd and 3rd stage clients, we engage transparently and cooperatively to assist you in delivering the highest quality programs. We can work directly with. your facilitators around program delivery and aftercare planning.
Because we offer such an imperative support, we will inevitably improve the overall chances for success of your clients. Let's rise above statistics that say 40% of your clients will relapse in the first month and 85% in the first year -together!
We all know how important feedback is! So, if clients have feedback that could help to improve delivery of service, we will encourage them to bring those suggestions to you or provide that feedback ourselves wherever possible.
Together, we can improve services overall.
We are aware of the dangers of simply discharging people after first stage treatment without sufficient aftercare options. Because of this, we hold ourselves and our teams to the highest standards of hosting and facilitation. Let's align those standards today.
As mentioned, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality aftercare service options. We have set a minimum standard for 2nd and 3rd stage offerings and hosting. Ask about those standards today, and we will be more than happy to share them with you.
We believe in cooperative and collaborative relationships with all of our allies, so, if one of our clients has a need for your speciality service, or needs to return for re-stabilization in first stage, we will refer those patients back to you.
Feel like you've covered a lot with your client, have an aftercare model, or have patient specific protocols you want to pass on to improve success? We are open to that! We think knowing what you think is the very best way to improve your patients overall success.
Please feel free to contact us with any and all of your questions, suggestion and feedback. We want to hear fro you!
