The Problem
According to NIDA's, 2021 provisional data, CDC estimate,
- more than 107,000 people died of a drug overdose,
- 10% of people will have drug use disorder at some point in their life, 75% of those report having received no treatment.
Of those, who receive treatment for Substance Use Disorder
- 40-60% relapse rate in the first 30 days after first stage treatment
- 85% relapse rate in the first year after first stage treatment.
What we are doing about it?
We offer Second and Third Stage treatment programs to all people, so that where ever they go after First Stage treatment, daily support and assistance is available:
- With online full second stage programming
- Weekly guides to recovery planning
- A daily trauma and attachment informed guide to self-care and relapse prevention in recovery
- Weekly group check-ins
- Access and assistance in navigating larger networks of support
- Ongoing recovery education for relapse prevention and holistic health and wellness
- Private, weekly therapy, recovery and life coaching sessions
- Sober Collective Facilitation
Our Vision
A world where the stigma around Substance Use Disorder is completely eradicated; one where those in need receive effective treatment and where that treatment leads to a lifetime of greater health, wellbeing, deep healing and the ability to live life to its fullest potential in recovery. We know this is possible because we have lived it!

She has been fiercely pursuing equity, inclusion, success and safer more adequate and effective spaces for those in need of healing and recovery for decades. She has served as the CV Pride Society President, Mikisiw Metis Association Director, Advisor to the Board for the Canadian Centre For Women's Empowerment and is a twice nominated Keynote speaker for the Women Who Inspire Conferences, 2019 and 2020. In these trusted positions, she has done everything from facilitating national conversations around domestic abuse within the 2SLGBTQIAA+ communities to providing front line services to the unsheltered community in the midst of the International Covid Crisis.
